#4 Your Path to Complete physical purification

Welcome to the fourth edition of the Be Your Potential Newsletter.  This article follows on from the last one, staying with the subject that is so fundamentally important to your quality of life, and that is health and well-being. 

I know that some people found the last newsletter on ‘Aligning your life for complete health and well-being’ difficult to grasp.  Finding some of it a bit ‘up in the sky’, and I appreciate that.  And for some it made perfect sense and the pieces of the puzzle came together for you.

Well, you will be pleased to know that as far as health and well-being goes, this is where the rubber meets the road! Because what we are talking about here is complete physical purification.

Now most people don’t know the first thing about this, including the majority of Doctors, and other so-called health experts.  And this is key to your health and well-being. 

Here is the how-to in a nutshell.  Remove all the crap from your body, (because if you live in the 21st Century there is more than a good chance that you are full of it) and replace it with the good stuff. 

Some of the questions, that might be popping up in your head right now, are ‘What crap?’, ‘How did it get there in the first place?’,  ‘How do I remove it?‘, and ‘what is the good stuff?’

Read on and I will answer all of your questions!  And by the way, if you are questioning why you would want to go to the effort, well the consequences for not doing so are pain, lack of energy, and dis-ease.  The rewards for doing so are boundless amounts of energy, an amazing sense of well-being and a zest for life. 

“OK, please tell me what to do?”  I hear ya. 

I am now going to introduce you to the Be Your Potential six-month purification programme, which is like no other you have ever come across!  Yes my friend you are blessed, and when you follow through and complete the programme, you will lose count of your blessings!

The first thing to do, is to stop putting any more crap into your body and instead put in the good stuff.

  • Toxic friends and colleagues

  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes
  • Processed Food, including all fast food.
  • Sugar, or anything that has sugar in it.
  • Salt
  • Meat (Watch themeatrix.com)
  • Fish (The problem is mercury & other pollutants in the ocean)
  • Additives & Preservatives (especially MSG, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Aspartamine)
  • Excess Dairy
  • Coffee / Tea
  • Inspirational Movies like ‘The Secret’, The Opus, The Moses Code.
  • Positive optimistic thoughts
  • Listen to educational CD’s
  • Read good books that you can learn from and apply to your life.
  • Find friends that will support you in your dreams and goals.
  • Feng Shui your house, make sure it is always clean and tidy, it is a reflection of your mind.
  • Drink Kombucha Tea
  • Breathe Fresh Air
  • Eat Organic, no excuses.
  • Eat Fruit
  • Use Celtic Ocean Sea salt sparingly
  • Vegetables offer a healthier source of protein.
  • Eat plenty of nuts and seeds
  • Use only natural flavourings.
  • Use pure organic butter
  • Drink Green Tea and Herbal Tea’s

So for the next six months simply avoid the stuff on the left, and replace it with the stuff on the right.  

Remember that your mind is intrinsically connected to every cell in your body, and has a powerful effect on how healthy those cells are, and that is why television and thoughts head the list. If you are constantly filling your mind with low vibrational crap, then any good nutritious food you eat will turn to poison before it arrives in your intestines, which by the way is where most of the food gets absorbed into the body. It is effectively a losing battle.  So when you put the good stuff in, it must be into your mind and body!

Buy a Juicer, buy a juicer, buy a juicer. And actually use it!!!  Eat your fruits and juice your vegetables.  Drink plenty of filtered living water, at least two litres per day.  

Start brewing Kombucha Tea.  This stuff is a true miracle, because us humans have no idea where it came from.  Our best guess is from a galaxy far far away.  Do not buy the commercial Kombucha, it is dear and offers little benefit.  Brew your own, it is alive and is highly intelligent.  It will go to work in the body on whatever ailment you have.  Drink it daily and watch your energy levels soar.  

Your skin is the largest organ in and on the body, and it is a semi-permeable membrane, meaning that it is not water proof (or anything else proof).  Be mindful of what you put on your skin.  Most shampoos have harsh chemicals in them and deodorants contain aluminium, which is highly toxic for the body. These are all absorbed in through the skin, adding to an already toxic body.  Use only natural organic products on your skin.

Do you have a Rebounder?  If not, buy one and rebound gently for 15 minutes every day.  This low impact exercise, will do wonders for your circulation as well as your lymphatic system helping to move waste around and out of the body.  

Do yoga and persist with it.  The feelings of well-being and energy you will experience, when you become a competent yogi are indescribable.  Imagine being more flexible when you are 90 years young than when you were 20.  This is possible with the correct daily actions which soon become your life habits.  Soon to be released is my complete physical conditioning system on a series of DVD’s.  Within the system is a unique and powerful yoga routine, which you can do in the comfort of your own home.   I will let you know the release date soon so you can order your set.  

Electromagnetic chaos is a serious contributor to dis-ease. The culprits for this are mobile phones, mobile phone masts, computers, TV’s and most things man-made that produce an electrical charge.  Unless you are going to live like Grissly Adams, it is nearly impossible to avoid this.  A personal harmoniser can help protect you from electromagnetic chaos by strengthening your auric field, and bathing in Epsom Salts can help pull radiation from the body.  Also use common sense, and avoid using your mobile phone for long conversations.  If there is a land line handy, then use it instead.  If you are not actively using your computer, then don’t sit in front of it, or have it turned off.  Just doing lots of little things mounts up to a big difference.

Month ThreeKidney Cleanse plus remove all metal from your mouth.  “Do what?”  Yes, you read it right, if you have any metal fillings especially mercury amalgams then you are toxic and you must remove them.  Most people have a huge aversion to doing this, because no one likes going to the dentist at the best of times.  But it is critically important that you have all metal removed from your mouth and replaced with the less toxic porcelain fillings.  Even less toxic than porcelain are composite fillings.  Dentists generally don’t like using composites, but they are the least toxic so insist on them.  For the sake of your physical, mental and emotional health you MUST do this.  I appreciate that this is a controversial subject, so please don’t take my word for it.  Go onto YouTube and search for Mercury Amalgam Fillings.  Do your own research and make up your own mind. Though I will say this.  It is scientifically proven that Mercury is the most poisonous naturally occurring non-radioactive substance on our planet.  It is far more toxic than any other heavy metals, including Arsenic, Lead and Cadmium, and they put it in little childrens mouths!!

Month FourLiver Cleanse
