Vegan Blood Test Results – Blood Analysis
In this video Matthew shares the results of his blood analysis and explains why he thinks his results are so good on a Vegan Diet and how you can ensure you get enough nutrition.
Matthew’s top tips for ensuring you get enough minerals into your body is to masticate (chew) your food until it is liquid. And even with liquids make sure to swish them around in your mouth and mix them with your saliva so that you body knows what is coming and is able to absorb the nutrition.
Vitamin D it is important for the assimilation of other minerals such as Calcium, so as a Vegan make sure you get enough sunshine. Matthew recommends spending at least 30 minutes in the sun each day. Morning and evening when the sun is not too high in the sky.
To ensure you get enough Iron and Calcium make sure you include lot’s of green leafy vegetables in your diet and to get Zinc eat Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
