Okay feckers…here it is! Personal development and success boiled down to one blog post.    All the smart people have been waiting for this one. We develop ourselves so we can be more, do more and have more. This is commonly known as success.

Failure in life can be boiled down to one thing and that is zero growth. if we are not growing then we are dying, there is no in between. If there is no progress, and progress can even be learning through failure, then this is failure.

The key to success is to be a constant student, progressing in some way everyday. We must have a vision, something to move towards that inspires and compels us into action. Our vision must be clear and as detailed as possible.

Our vision is an order that we have put in with the Universe. When Victoria asks me to go shopping for her, if she is not detailed in what she wants then this sets her up for disappointment.

If on her list she has ‘bananas’ and I get her an under ripe variety from Cameroon and she wanted ripe, organic, locally grown bananas, then she won’t be best pleased with me. But I was just carrying out instructions and this is how the Universe operates. What ever order we put in is what we receive, so to be specific and detailed is crucial.

The second part is to to understand the reason why we must keep moving towards our vision. Undoubtably there will be obstacles and challenges along the way and with out a strong reason why it will be easy to quit or simply be side tracked by the many other shiny things we will be sure to see on the way.

When we have a big, bright, compelling and crystal clear vision with our reason why we must attain or manifest this vision, then this will allow us to have lazer focus. It is easy to tell someone that they must be lazer focused on their vision to ensure success, but without the tools to become lazer focused it just won’t happen.

Crystal clear detailed vision + Compelling reason why = Lazer Focus

Where focus goes energy flows, so with this simple formula in place above we will start taking action on our vision. There will be no motivation required to take action now because the simple formula will be in place and this will inspire all the energy needed to take effortless action.

When we see someone who we believe to be disciplined or a hard worker, they are simply following the above formula, whether they consciously realise it or not.

Some believe that action needs to be somewhere in the formula, but action is simply a by product of the formula. It is our internal world that creates our external world.

It is imagination that creates our vision, but where does imagination come from? It is intangible and is from another dimension. Our brain is the conduit that attracts it in and then projects it outward into the third dimension.

Manifestation is real and this is how it works. We are designing our lives everyday with the thoughts that we think. For us to truly succeed long term then our actions need to happen with an effortless flow. This effortless flow can only take place when we have the above formula in place.

You may be inclined to think that to not give up is fundamental to success and it is but, again it is effortlessly taken care of when the above formula is followed. How does it get any simpler, effortless and more wonderful that this?
