100 Day Juice Feast #6 ~ Chi Gung, Hemp Oil & Enemas

1 Pint of Orange Juice
2 Pints Lettuce, Apples, Celery, Lemon Courgette
3.5 Pints Watermelon Juice
2 Pints Celery, Cucumber, Dill, Lettuce, Carrot, Beet Root, Apple.
***********Other Supplementation **********
1 Glass Kombucha
1 Tablespoon Hemp Oil
1 Glass Water with Blood Cleanse
Today we share another delicious juice recipe, and Matthew explains why we have included Hemp Oil into our Juice Cleanse.
Today I also bought an Enema Kit and am going to start doing enemas once per day for the next month…. Will keep you posted how that goes.
