I Dare You To Rise To This Standard! Only 2% of people do!

If you are like me then you are always looking to raise your standards. I remember hearing Tony Robbins say years ago, “If you want to change your life, then raise your standards”.

I pondered on what he said many times over the years and my understanding of it shifted and deepened over time

I am going to give you a powerful example of how you can raise your standards in a way that will unequivocally change and uplift your life starting today.
Give everyone that you come into contact with the impression of increase! This means that all who come into contact with you are better off than before you met them.

Of course it is not realistic for everyone to feel better off because they met you, because some people have stuff going on and will not want to be uplifted. They would rather stay in their drama and even make you part of it. Do not worry about this as the result is none of your concern or business, only your intention is!

Hold the intention of serving and keep your outcome in mind and that is all you have to do. As a coach my job was to make sure that my client walked out of the room in a better state than they walked in. As long as I kept this in mind it always went well.

When I teach a martial arts class, my intention is to serve my students by giving them the best of what I know at the level in which they can receive it, and as long as they can also humble themselves to have the attitude of the learner then they walk away better off each time.

This is also my intention in my videos, blog and emails and maybe you are starting to get the picture of what it means to leave everyone you come in contact with, with the impression of increase!

There is another level, a higher standard to which I now wish to rise to and that is to do the same with all my interactions, including family, friends and acquaintances. From social meetings to casual encounters, while out and about, to leave everyone I come into contact with, with the impression of increase.

With this in mind, todays power question is: “How may I serve this person/these people?”

Todays power statement is : “I leave all those I come into contact with, with the impression of increase!”

For some people this attitude seems to come naturally while for the rest of us we have to work on and cultivate it. You may not actually realise how powerful this is to radically change and transform your life until you give it a go for 7 days.
