Can caring what people think of you, limit your success, or even completely paralyse you from taking any action at all? In my opinion this may be the number one cause failure in life! On the flip side, caring for people, including yourself may be the number one cause of success in life.

Let me explain. The Delphic Oracle, states, “Be thyself and know thyself” To me this is ultimate success in life. If we care what people think of us, then we will always be trying to fit into their box of what is acceptable. This known as conformity.

often the person who is being themselves not only has many admirers, but also many haters. This is because they are not trying to fit into the value and belief system of the conformist masses.

When you step out and start being yourself and speaking your truth, people get scared, especially the ones closest to you. Their world view begins to become threatened and so in turn they ridicule you for your non-conformist ways.

There is an attitude that you must cultivate to be able to handle the close minded fearful dream stealers, and I call this attitude, Fuk’em!

The Fuk’em attitude does not mean that you don’t care about people, it simply means that you don’t care what they think of you. Shrinking and acting small, so that others don’t feel insecure around you is no justice for anyone.

There is a light within you that is beyond all the programming and conditioning that you have received your whole life. When you allow this light to shine, the old programs of disbelief, unworthiness, undeserving and conformity begins to melt away.

The light comes from the heart centre and radiates out. Nothing can stop it once we make a decision and flip that switch to activate it. Once we do then the everything goes a complete one eighty! You go from caring what people think to caring for people and paradoxically to get to this stage we must cultivate this attitude of Fuk’em.

The shackles of the mind become loose and we begin to create the life we desire on our terms. Our thinking shifts. The question in the head used to be” Oh what would people think?” to “How can I serve people”. Big difference. the first is fuel for fear and the second fuel for love.

We take the focus off what people may think of us and instead focus it on serving others. This is an expansive energy, while the former is a retractive energy. We become more potent and powerful than we could ever imagine.

It is effectively a polar shift in our entire energy system and this is the key factor for life success.
